PE Uniform
On the day when students are scheduled for Physical Education class, they are to wear the PE uniform instead of the regular uniform.
The winter PE uniform consists of the navy sweatshirt with SJA logo, white T-shirt with SJA logo, and navy uniform sweatpants. The winter uniform is worn from November 1 through March 31.
The navy PE uniform shorts may be worn from the start of the school year through October 31 and April 1 through the end of the school year. Regular tennis shoes that tie or have velcro closings are required.
On PE days No Jewelry is Permitted.
All Students Grades K-8

Students are expected to dress neatly and modestly at all times.

Complete uniforms with shirts neatly tucked in and buttoned are to be worn everyday. Pants/shorts are to be worn at the waist (not the hips) with a belt.

Crew socks must be clearly visible.

Skorts, jumpers and walking shorts are to be worn no shorter than 2" above the knee.

SJA logos are required on all polo shirts, sweatpants and sweatshirts. No other logos are permitted on uniform apparel.

Colored and/or decorated T-shirts are not allowed under shirts.

SJA cardigan sweaters are optional.

Girls may wear one pair of post earrings only. Boys may not wear earrings.

Hats, caps, scarves, etc. may not be worn inside any building.

No jewelry, make-up or nail polish is to be worn.

Fad hairstyles and hair coloring are not permitted. Boys' haircuts must be above the eyes, ears and collar.

Sleeves on oxford shirts may not be rolled.
Out of Uniform Dress

No tank tops, tube tops, bare midriffs, etc.

No cutoffs, baggy pants, or clothing with rips/holes.

Shorts can only be worn to school during September, October, May and June.

Requirements for shoes, socks, jewelry and make-up are the same as the uniform policy.

No student may be out of uniform on a day when there is a liturgy, prayer service or field trip.
