What you should do:

Submit Student Application form and check for $100.00

Upon notification of an opening:

• Submit Student Registration Application
• Copy of student's last report card
• A check for $100.00 Include copies of student's birth certificate and baptismal certificate (if Catholic) Ask three teacher/administrators to complete Recommendation Forms (Gr. 3-8)
• Request present school to send records to SJA
• Come to SJA for testing, interview and possible classroom visit

Those accepted for Kindergarten must have the Physician's Health Inventory and immunization record completed before the first day of school.
