2009 H1N1 Flu Update

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT   As you may be aware, we are entering an unusual flu season this year.  A new virus, the 2009 H1N1 ("swine flu") began circulating in the spring and throughout the summer months.  We anticipate an increase in illness due to flu, including the 2009 H1N1, this 2009-2010 flu season.  Recently, a number of students at St. Joan of Arc School have exhibited influenza-like illness (ILI).  Students who have become ill at school with ILI have been evaluated and sent home as appropriate.    October 17 School Flu Parent Letter
