PowerSchool Parent Access

PowerSchool Parent Access opens in the Fall of each school year and closes at the end of each trimester as teacher prepare progress reports.

Hints and Reminders:

• You must sign and return a Disclaimer form before Parent Access can be opened for your child(ren).
• Teachers update assignments and grades in each subject area weekly.
• Each trimester Parent Access closes one week before Progress reports are due in order for the teachers to complete the required tasks and procedures.

Rubrics for Weekly Conduct and Effort Grades:

The following criteria will be used to determine the Conduct grade:

• Acts in a Christian manner
• Respectful to adults and peers
• Observes school and classroom rules
• Displays self-control

Conduct Codes:

5 - Outstanding

4 - Good

3 - Satisfactory

2 - Improvement Needed

1 - Unsatisfactory

The following criteria will be used to determine the Effort grade:

• Has necessary materials
• Hands in work on time
• Completes homework neatly and according to directions
• Participates in class activities/discussions
• Punctual for class

3 - Satisfactory
