Continuing Students
Re-registration for current students is held January - March . Parents must complete a re-registration form and submit a $200.00 per student registration fee each year. New Students
Applications for the following school year are available upon request beginning September 1. Applications are kept on file for one year only. If no openings are available, parents must reapply the following September. Registration takes place during Catholic Schools Week, which is usually held the last week in January or the first week in February.
Priority Guidelines:
To be considered for enrollment, prospective students must have on file a completed application and $100.00 non-refundable application fee. Beginning the first week of February, available openings will be filled from these applications according to the above stated preferences. New students will be tested and an interview with the Principal/Assistant Principal will be scheduled. If accepted, the $100.00 application fee will be applied to the $250.00 registration fee.

The guidelines developed by St. Joan of Arc School that have been adopted and pertain to admission to the school are stated below. St. Joan of Arc School has a principle obligation to parishioners who are practicing Catholics. Therefore, regarding admission, preference will be given to children of parents who are practicing Catholics. New parishioners are expected to submit a letter from their former pastor stating that they are practicing Catholics.
*Final decisions on admissions rest with the Administration. The term "parishioner" is defined as: Any family who is a registered and regularly contributing through the use of St. Joan of Arc Church envelopes
Age Requirements for Admission
Students must be five years old by September 1 for entrance into Kindergarten and six years old by September 1 for entrance into 1st grade for the current school year.
