The students each week work in four different centers.

We have a listening center, game center, ABC/art center, and a writing/reading center. The students are in a team of four and each day they are assign to a center. On Friday we do special centers which may include making fruit faces on a paper plate, building a house with graham crackers and icing, making instuments etc. Our centers are a time the students may focus on sequencing, numbering, writing with sight words, listening to a story and illustrating a favorite part and writing a sentence, take turns playing board games, learning to play, talk, and practice with their classmates. We are very blessed to have parent & grandparent & friend volunteers to allow the centers to have supervision. Center time is a favorite in our day!            Mrs. Mabe
