If you would like to become a registered member of our Parish please complete our registration form, Parish Registration Form  and submit it to our parish office.  Printed copies of the registration form can be found in the Ministry Room located off of the Gathering Space.

If you would prefer automatic electronic funds contributions instead of receiving contribution envelopes, please submit a completed EFT form, EFT .  Printed copies of this form are also available in the Ministry Room at Church.
